Dawn started with Home Instead in 2017 as a care professional delivering excellent care to all clients. Recognsing her passion, Dawn was soon promoted to Quality Compliance Officer and not long after into the lead as our Deputy Care Manager.

Ellie started her journey in the care sector during December 2023. Having previously worked as an Accounts Assistant, managing payroll and employee holidays and queries. As our scheduler, Ellie ensures that all our Clients and Care Professionals are aware of their schedules.

Liam first joined us in February 2020. Having originally came via a placement opportunity in partnership with Edge Hill University. Initially as a Social Media/Website Content Admin, his role as the DTO encompasses all things digital with Home Instead.

Having worked in the care sector for over 20 years, Mandy has experience in different fields of care. Including autism, mental health, dementia and alzheimers. Mandy has previously achieved a QCF Level 5 in health and social care and now works as our lead trainer.
