Since joining us, Sarah has consistently demonstrated her dedication, expertise, and passion for delivering exceptional care. This week, Sarah attended the Spelthorne Older People’s Forum, where she had the opportunity to engage with the local community and learn more about the initiatives and support available for older adults. Celebrating Mike’s Promotion – Senior Field Care Supervisor/Care Consultant

We are equally excited to announce that our wonderful Mike has been promoted to Senior Field Care Supervisor/Care Consultant! 🎉

Mike has always been a true team player, and in his new role, he is eager to support Sarah in her transition, ensuring she has the space and time to focus on her responsibilities as Registered Care Manager. His willingness to step up and take on additional responsibilities truly embodies the spirit of teamwork we value at Home Instead.

Mike will now take the lead on client enquiries, guiding families from the initial Care Consultation to paperwork, care planning, and introducing our Care Professionals. His passion for supporting both clients and team members is inspiring, and we know he will do an amazing job.

Additionally, Mike is excited to assist with Care Professional training, sitting in on Michelle’s next training session and offering his support as needed. His role will continue to develop as he grows into it, and we can’t wait to see the positive impact he will make!
