Chloe Returns!

We are delighted, thrilled, tickled pink and squealing with excitement to announce that our amazing recruiter Chloe is BACK!
Chloe to a brief hiatus earlier this year to concentrate on family, but she couldn’t keep away for long and we are over the moon to have her back with us! Not only has she filled our office with pink and sparkly things (much to manager Simon’s consternation 😉 ) but she also brings with her an indefatigable passion for finding the very best care professionals for our beloved clients.

So what makes Chloe such a recruiter to be reckoned with? Well, quite apart from her sparkling personality and immense understanding of the needs of our clients, she has an eye for potential!
Chloe says, “For me, experience is less important than attitude. If you’ve got the right attitude, we can give you the tools you need.” Chloe is looking for caring, friendly and enthusiastic people who want to make a real difference in the community, “I want people who will care for our clients as they would want their own family to be cared for,” she explains.

“Care isn’t for everyone, and that’s OK. Part of my role is to get to know applicants and talk about what the job involves, so they can be sure they’re making the right choice”
