Having someone pop in regularly to help around the house means we can spot the little things that make a big difference to your wellbeing. Our Care Professionals don’t just stock your fridge – they ensure you’re eating well and staying hydrated. They’ll notice if the post is piling up or appointments need arranging, and they’ll encourage daily routines like a gentle walk or sitting in the garden. This watchful eye brings peace of mind to families, knowing someone caring is regularly checking on their loved one’s overall wellbeing.
We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Our Care Professionals come from diverse backgrounds but share one thing in common – they’re chosen for their natural compassion and attention to detail. Through comprehensive training, they learn to spot early signs that someone might need additional support, often helping us or families intervene before small issues become bigger problems. Unlike a standard home help service, our local team brings professional care expertise to every visit, ensuring your home stays both clean and safe.
At our regular wellbeing events across Mold Rugby Club and the Wrexham Wellbeing Hub, we share practical tips about maintaining independence at home. Working alongside local partners like Age Cymru and the Falls Prevention Team, we help families understand how proper home support can prevent isolation and enhance wellbeing. Our community engagement, led by Dementia Ambassador Heather Collin, ensures we’re always sharing knowledge about maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
