Led by Matthew and Samantha Murray-James, our local Care Professionals receive specialised training in supporting clients during night-time hours. Their expertise covers everything from managing sundown syndrome to supporting complex night-time routines. Working closely with local healthcare providers, including district nurses and out-of-hours services, our team ensures seamless support throughout the night. This professional approach, backed by our Care Inspectorate Wales regulation, means families can trust in consistent, high-quality care at any hour.
At our regular wellbeing events across Mold Rugby Club and the Wrexham Wellbeing Hub, we help families understand their overnight care options. Our Dementia Ambassador, Heather Collin, works alongside local healthcare partners to share expertise about night-time support, particularly for those living with dementia. Through partnerships with the Falls Prevention Team and Age Cymru, we ensure families have access to comprehensive information about creating safe, supported night-time environments. These community connections mean we can offer not just care, but a complete support network for families navigating overnight care needs.
