Personal care is an essential part of our daily routine, but it’s not always easy accepting that you need support. We understand the importance of maintaining a sense of normality and dignity and we strive to create a positive and reassuring environment.
Your care journey starts with a consultation so we can get to know you and your needs and ensure that you are comfortable with the services being provided. From your very first visit, we will help to build your trust. We introduce new Care Professionals before any care takes place so that you know who to expect on your visits. Our Care Coordinators will provide 3 monthly reviews to ensure that your care remains relevant although we are always happy to discuss your needs at any time.
