Care Professional Conference 2025

We’re incredibly proud to share that Home Instead has recently been ranked as the 3rd Best Employer in the UK by The Financial Times — a recognition that feels especially timely as we’ve just delivered our very first Care Professional Conference.

Held at St Aelred’s Community Centre, the event was designed to demonstrate how seriously our franchise takes the wellbeing and support of our care professionals.

With a strong focus on wellbeing, the afternoon brought together local experts including Lou Harrand from Yoga Bomb, Mike from Aksis Lifestyle, and Janette – also known as ‘The Chair Lady’. Together, they offered practical insights into mindfulness, nutrition, and movement, all tailored to help our care professionals and their clients stay healthy, active, and well.
