We have set the bar high, and our training reflects this, as we prepare our teams for care provision which is inspired by high standards and a devotion and commitment to providing the absolute best care possible to our clients.

• Non uniforms (we do not wear a tabard or anything uniform like – that’s just not us. We want our clients to feel at home with us and as though we were a friend or family member. It’s all about integrity and respect and those are something we have buckets of!
• Human approach – if we wouldn’t want something for our own families, we will certainly not advocate that for you. To us it really is personal, and we want you to feel completely confident in the advice we will offer.
• Our bespoke appraisals – We will assess each and every person individually, to ensure that the care which we recommend is both true and effective.
• Don’t expect anything less than an hourly visit. For us it wouldn’t be fair, or productive to anything less than an hours visit with a client. And whilst other care providers offer this, for us it would not be in anyone’s best interests. There we said it.
