Jo supports and mentors her fellow Care Professionals, helping to ensure they provide the best care possible for our clients. She also carries out care consultations and service reviews with potential and existing clients, and supports our on-call services.

Maria has a cheery disposition and an enthusiastic, 'can do' approach to life. Maria's role as People Experience Co-ordinator includes supporting our HR function, looking after the welfare of our Home Instead team and leading on the training of stomas and catheter care.

Jo is our part-time Community Development Officer. She's passionate about partnership working and reaching out to those who need support to stay independent, letting them know about the amazing difference our Care Professionals make to their clients each and every day.
