With over a decade of dedicated social care experience, Laura is responsible for directing operations across the company, steering our team and achieving the only CQC ‘officially outstanding in ALL areas’ home care provider rating in the southwest region.

Having celebrated her ten-year anniversary with our Company, Jayne is an integral team member responsible for the day-to-day financial management of the Exeter & East Devon office.

Mike has a healthcare career spanning over twenty years, with experience in residential care, palliative support and also as a paramedic. As Care Manager, Mike overseas the client care and support department.

Anna has a career founded in the care sector and has continued to develop her skillset and passion for outstanding care, as part of the Care Team at Home Instead Exeter & East Devon.

Mary works alongside Lesley and may be the first point of contact for those looking to put an outstanding package of care in place. Mary also supports the care team to look after our wonderful clients, having started off her career as a Care Professional.

With an extensive career in care and as a longstanding member of our team, Rachael has experience across many areas of our Company.

Talia has experience in science, education and community care and brings a variety of skills to her role at Home Instead Exeter & East Devon.

Kate balances the office-based part of her role alongside continued community care, which she finds hugely rewarding, having specialised in the Parkinson’s Learning Programme.

Gill is a key part of the Home Instead family providing support across the team to ensure that vital administrative processes are in place and run efficiently.

With an obvious kindness of character and desire to help other people, Hannah has utilised her experience in her role as Care Professional with Home Instead, and is now a valued member of the Training & Support Team.

Rhema has a considerable career in care and with Home Instead and has transitioned from a Care Professional role within the Company, to the Care Team.

Having made the transition from community Care Professional, Emily now organises the efficient scheduling of care visits alongside her fellow Care Coordinator colleague, Adam.

Holly, our creative Digital Marketing and Communications Coordinator, has a keen eye for digital trends and a knack for engaging our audience. She helps to craft both our online and offline presence.

Adam is the newest member of our team and has been in the health and social care industry for over 20 years. This has given him the experience needed to identify good quality candidates and ensures a seamless and efficient hiring process.

Ellie studied Health and Social Care in college and has worked in the industry ever since. She has a wealth of knowledge and will be working alongside Mike, Anna and Rhema to ensure that the care provided aligns with our care plans and helps maintain our high standards.
