Bryn and Jill began their careers in care over 15 years ago when they first opened their Home Instead offices.

At the time, they had just 2 employees. Now, they employ over 150 professionals in care.

In her role as General Manager, Alison works closely with the teams in recruitment, retention, marketing and business development to drive change, growth, and innovation, all whilst supporting our team of Care Professionals along their journey in care.

Sarah originally joined the team to gain some experience in the care industry. 10 years later, she is now the Care Manager for South Sheffield.

Claire began her career in care wanting a change in direction after a long career in retail management.

As Deputy Care Manager, she is able to use her people and management skills to provide both a professional and personal experience for our clients and staff.

“I enjoy my role as Field Support as I get to meet and talk to lots of amazing characters. I also learn a lot of new things every day, and no day is ever the same!”

First joining the team as a Care Professional, Amanda quickly impressed the team and was soon progressed into the care team.

Rae is the brand new Apprentice Recruiter for South Sheffield. Completely new to recruitment and care, Rae is excited to start her journey with Home Instead!

Alison oversees the recruitment drive across South Sheffield, striving to recruit the right people with the right heart to work in care.

Sarah is a Registered Nurse, who oversees the Training Centre of Excellence and delivers all training to our Care Professionals. She is new to the team, and excited to watch the project expand.

Having worked in care before, Cheryl is passionate about providing outstanding quality of care for our clients.

Lynette joined the team having had 25 years of experience in retail management. She felt a change in career was what she really needed.

Sue assists Lynette in the Learning and Development Team to ensure support Care Pros during their onboarding and training at Home Instead.

With a vast experience of working in care, Sue is able to share her knowledge to instil confidence and trust within new starters.

Bernice has been with us since 2009, just a few years after we opened our offices.

Pauline started with us as a Care Professional, a role that she still holds in addition to her part-time accounts role.

The dual nature of her job enables her to be a part of the Care Professional team as well as working with Bernice in accounts as part of the office team

Emily is brand new to care, and has a background in creative writing and storytelling. She's excited to use her skills to share the wonderful stories of our clients and Care Professionals.
