Irene joined Home Instead after experiencing poor care standards for her mother. she wanted to deliver the kind of care we all want for our loved ones.  Irene is proud that our service can make a real difference to people’s lives and emotional well being.    

Jan has had a fantastic corporate career. She has brought her skills and knowledge about business to Home Instead. This has helped the office team to become the best they can be, which is reflected in the increased satisfaction of clients and their families.

Leanne joined us as a Care Professional in 2007. Now her role is to lead a fantastic team of people in pursuit of providing an outstanding service to as many people as possible. Leanne feels strongly that clients should decide exactly how and when their care is provided.

Nicky has been part of the team for over 10 years. Her role ensures that each visit is scheduled and that our Care Professionals are happy, matched to our clients and trained with all the tools they need to help them deliver the outstanding care our client’s deserve.

Charlotte has been with Home Instead for over a decade. Her role includes meeting people to plan their care and then ensuring that every little thing is in place . She is passionate about achieving a bespoke, caring and safe service for as many people as people as possible.

Judith has over 28 years’ experience in Health & Social Care. Her role supports us to ensure a high quality service is provided to all our clients. With a background in person centred planning she uses these skills to empower and enable our clients to live their best lives.

Maureen has a background in business administration. She knows that attention to detail supports the best experience for both our Care professionals and our clients her role is to assist with all matters relating to finance and administration of invoicing and payroll.

Having worked in recruitment in the care sector for nearly 20 years, I feel I have the right skills and experience to make sure we have the right staff in place to give a first-class service to our clients

Jacqueline joined us in 2022 as a Care Professional and a year later she came to work as part of the Support Team. she is dedicated to ensuring that all our clients receive high-quality, person-centred care so that they can live in their own homes for as long as possible.

Jen has worked in social care since 2012, She finds working in social care really rewarding and she enjoys getting to know our clients. Jen believes that all care should be person centred and should match the standard of care that she would wish for her own family members.
