Chris joined us as a recruiter, bringing years of expertise in learning disabilities. Now a Registered Manager and our Care Professional Experience Manager, he’s passionate about supporting and training our team. Outside work, Chris enjoys music, family time and movies!

Liberty is passionate about growing our business by finding new clients and Care Professionals. She manages social channels, marketing, newsletters, and company events to keep us connected. Outside work, Liberty loves films and spending quality time with her family!

Marc started as a Care Professional, so he truly understands the role and what it takes to thrive in it. Now, as our Recruiter, he’s passionate about matching the right people to the right roles. When he’s not helping grow our team, Marc enjoys keeping fit at the gym!

Peta runs our Memory Lane Café in Dawlish and organises community talks to raise awareness. She works with local businesses, clubs, and charities to support our campaigns and give back. Outside of work, Peta loves family time and baking and sharing her delicious treats!

Sarah handles our finance operations, from invoicing and payroll to managing expenses. She also oversees office projects like Microsoft Teams. With a keen eye for detail, Sarah keeps everything running smoothly. Outside work, she has a passion for interior design!

Emma supports the office with a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring everything runs efficiently. She also plays a key role in auditing and compliance, helping maintain our high standards. Outside of work, Emma loves spending quality time with her family!

Nathan is the IT whizz of our office, providing essential digital support to the team and ensuring smooth operations. He also takes charge of IT security compliance, keeping our systems safe. Outside of work, Nathan enjoys playing the bass and creating music!

Kerry communicates with Care Professionals and clients about scheduling changes, supports care consultations, service reviews, staff supervisions, and client plans. She also assists with introductions and covers out-of-hours duties. Outside work, Kerry loves baking!
