We can help prevent unnecessary hospital admissions by liaising with your healthcare team to address problems such as blood pressure and oxygen monitoring early. If you’re looking for a support package on your return home from hospital, we can also help with your hospital discharge by providing postoperative and recovery care to ensure you get the right attention at the right time.
Our Specialist Home Care services are unique because our Care Professionals receive bespoke training to help care for clients. It could be anything from specialist dementia, Alzheimer’s, or Parkinson’s care, to clinical support such as catheter care and stoma care. Expert medical professionals provide specialist training for our Care Professionals who also undergo regular competency checks on their knowledge and clinical skills.What also makes our service unique is the fact our Care Professionals are matched with clients based on skills, personality and characteristics.
