Home care in Ilkeston and Hucknall

I have been part of the Home Instead network since 2021. I am a dentist by background and have always enjoyed working in the Health and Care Sector.

I enjoy making a positive difference to people’s everyday lives. Its wonderful to work alongside the brilliant team we have here at Nottingham. I have a Dental background and have been in general practice for many years.

My background is as a dentist, I am also familiar with the Care Sector. I particularly enjoy working with the incredible team who help provide support.

I have over 20 years of experience in the Health and Social Care Sector and joined Home Instead in 2011. As the General Manager and Registered Manager, I am responsible for overseeing the regulated activities daily and share legal responsibility with the provider.

I joined Home Instead in 2019, joining as a care professional then progressed through the company. I am now the Care Manager, I also oversee our schedules and work with both client and care professionals. Home Instead are a team I am proud to be a part of.

I joined Home Instead after spending 4 years within the NHS and a Private Health Clinic.
I have 2 dogs who I love taking for long walks around local country parks. I love to travel and visit new places!

Prior to joining Home Instead as a Care Professional, I worked in a special needs school. I now work in the office, and I am responsible for the training of our Care Professionals. I gain happiness by looking after others and by spending time with friends and family.

I joined Home Instead as a Care Professional, and I am now part of the office team as a Recruitment Co-ordinator. I have a dog called Benzo and enjoy spending time with my nephews.

I worked with Home Instead Nottingham for 11 years joining as a Community Liaison Manager. My current role is as a Field Supervisor at the Ilkeston/Hucknall office, I feel very passionate about this role as I love meeting and helping our Care Professionals on their journey.

I worked in Health and Social Care and Public Health for over 25 years. In my role at Home Instead, as a Field Supervisor, it enables me to work closer with clients and make a positive difference. I have 3 children, 2 grandsons and a basset hound which keeps me very busy.

Having been in the sales industry for many years, I wanted a career change and joined Home Instead as a Care Professional, I am now in the role as a Community Relationship Lead.
Working in care is so rewarding, I highly recommend anyone who is thinking about it to try it.

Having been with Home Instead for just over 3 years, I wish I had joined this profession many years ago. I have 7 grandchildren, 3 of them live in the USA, the other 4 live much closer to home, also 2 Jack Russell dogs, they all keep me and my husband on our toes.

I joined Home Instead 3 years ago after working within the finance sector for 45 years. I always wanted to go into the nursing profession so this role enables me to realise part of that wish. I have 2 dogs who enjoy the seaside with my 3 grandchildren and great grandchild.
