  • Emily is responsible for ensuring that services provided meet CQC's standards of quality and safety, she plays a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and compliance of the facility.

  • Sue joined Home Instead in July 2019 and has a great knowledge of all office procedures. Sue manages the financial aspects of the business amongst other things.

  • Chanel joined the team in January 2024. She is our Field Care Supervisor with over a decade of experience. Chanel will be supporting our Care Professionals and our Clients on a daily basis.

  • As a scheduler, Alannah plays a crucial role in managing and coordinating the delivery of care services to clients in their homes. Her responsibilities include: Creating Schedules, Shift Allocation, Matching Care Professionals to Clients amongst other duties.

  • Colin joined Home Instead in December 2023. He has a wealth of recruitment and marketing experience. Previously working in financial fields in London. He is also a professional magician and is currently training to complete a marathon in Norway.

  • Debbie comes to us from her previous role as Assistant Manager at a Community Village Shop but also has a background of medical, administration and people centred roles throughout her career. Debbie joined us in October 2022.

  • Flavio re-joined Home Instead in November 2023 after working previously as a scheduler in 2021. He also worked as a Registered Manager since 2005 for different care providers with different clients group including learning disabilities and elderly.
